A prestige buyer within our database made its third acquisition with Knightsbridge…

Havant-based Sisterly Care is a family-run, multi award-winning home care agency, operating across Hampshire and West Sussex. It provides various care services for the elderly, people with dementia and those who are terminally ill.

The organisation was formed in 2007 by two sisters – hence its name – Julie Ronson and Frances Hussain-Shah, and has built an exemplary reputation. Deciding to retire following many years of hard work, Julie reached out to Knightsbridge…

Associate Director Sara Thomasson was deployed to facilitate their plans. With the wider team’s help, and represented by Regional Commercial Director Donald Peden, the interest of no less than 69 active buyers was formulated.

A total of 24 meetings were held with the most appropriate of suitors, amounting to 7 offers being submitted – which allowed Knightsbridge to create competitive tension to maximise the value the sisters received for their retirements.

Sourced through a cross match from Knightsbridge’s extensive buyer pool, a repeat buyer was identified, having previously made the acquisitions of a sheet metal fabricator and a farm waste management service provider, respectively.

The buyer: 5 Villages Group (5VG), a London-based conglomerate formed in 2023 by Donald Iro. In a glowing five-star review, Julie expressed her delight: “Sara was very friendly, listened and understood all our concerns and questions.

“She was able to help with an explanation, a kind suggestion and point us in the right direction to enable us to make the best decision for us as the client. Sara kept us up to date on all potential buyers, set up meetings and followed up on the aftercare.

“Sara was a delight to speak to and to help us come to the best decision for us and our company.” Knightsbridge wishes happy retirements to Julie and Frances, while trusting Sisterly Care to continue to thrive and deliver exceptional care under 5VG.
