  2. Geographical Alignment: Location is critical. There is little point in presenting a potential buyer who is based in the Hebrides to a client who has an unrelocatable business based in Penzance. We understand our client’s time is important, so location is always a key factor used in our search perimeters.
  3. Deal History: We also seek out buyers with a proven track record of acquisitions in your sector, ensuring they are actively seeking opportunities.
