Vision Software Solutions (VSS) has been sold to ID Design Ltd… The specialist ERP software developer based in Hertfordshire was sold to facilitate the owner’s retirement. Founded in 1992, VSS has built a strong customer base and still over 20 years later has significant growth potential, which has generated huge levels of interest over 10 years of marketing. In a deal overseen by Operations Director Leanne Boulding, a deal was struck with Brentford-based ID Design Ltd – an interior designer firm formed in 2000. VSS was acquired as a bolt-on to the business, during which a good relationship was formed with IT Director and Founder Sachin Diwakar.
