Operating across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, Tulip Healthcare has built its reputation on the provision of sanitary and clinical waste disposal and a broad range of washroom services, from air fresheners and sanitisers to dust control mat laundering and exchange.

The Grimsby-based business was founded in 1999 by wedded duo Claire and Jason Wedd, quickly establishing itself within its sector. Tulip has cultivated long-term customer relationships and steadily expanded its client base through service quality and reliability.

Over two decades later, the Wedds chose to sell Tulip to pursue new ventures outside the industry, instructing Knightsbridge to manage the process. Led by Associate Director Sara Thomasson, the opportunity attracted strong interest, generating 54 NDAs, 18 viewings and five formal offers.

The company was ultimately acquired by TWC Facilities, operated by husband-and-wife team Martin and Rachel Williams and based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. TWC provides commercial hygiene and waste management solutions, specialising in professional washroom services.

The buyer was sourced through a direct cross-match following an enquiry on the Knightsbridge website, delivering a seamless and well-aligned sale outcome. We extend our best wishes to both parties as they move forward into the next stage of their respective journeys.
