Knightsbridge gives its usual best for our client, The Health & Safety Service… The Health & Safety Service Limited (The HSS), was established in 2005 in Queensway, Telford. As explained by Knightsbridge Deal Executive Jennifer Morley: “The HSS provides health, safety and environmental consultancy services – to clients in construction, aerospace, manufacturing, education and catering. “It has 62 active clients, 32 of which are recurring, and some of which it has had relationships with for over 15 years”. Founders Gary and Paul Hewitt, seeking retirement, called on Knightsbridge to find a suitable buyer for their long-standing business. Huge interest was generated by Jennifer, resulting in three formal offers for the Hewitts to choose from. Very happy with the negotiated deal, the Hewitts accepted Circle Insurance Services’ offer – a financial services company based in Coventry that was established in 1991. Circle provides insurance, risk management and financial advice to businesses and private individuals across the UK. Owner Anthony Norcott adds The HSS to his roster, serving as a bolt-on to Circle. We wish the best to Anthony with the two established businesses, and happy retirement to the Hewitts.
