The Figaro Shop Acquires Best Autocentres Vehicle Maintenance & Hire Company
Best Autocentres Limited is a well-established motor vehicle service centre based in the south of England, which specialises in MOTs, maintenance and servicing. The business was founded in 2003 and incorporated in the same year. Since the company’s inception Best Autocentres Ltd has seen significant growth and now operates from three sites in great locations. These factors have resulted in the company achieving an annual turnover of £1.5m.
Derek Smith, the shareholder of Best Autocentres Ltd, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to facilitate their retirement plans.
The company attracted five viewings which resulted in successful offer from The Figaro Shop. Post completion Derek Smith will retain a 10% share in the business and Best Autocentres Ltd will continue to operate as it currently does.
