280 NDAs were received for our client’s business following thorough research…

Based in central London, Strawberry7 is a specialist managed service provider of IT support, with strong experience serving the educational sector – focused on supporting schools both on-site and remotely.

The organisation was founded in 2014 by Adam Pearce, who “has offered Strawberry7 for sale to pursue alternative, unrelated business ventures”, explained Knightsbridge Associate Director Sara Thomasson, who led the sale.

A staggering 280 interested parties emerged, which saw the Knightsbridge team conduct 53 viewings with the most serious of acquirers. No less than 10 competing offers were then tabled for our client…

Found through a cross-match, a significant deal for the sale of Strawberry7 was struck with Qlic IT, a Kent-based business IT support and services provider that was formed in 2002 by its Company Director Nick Stansfield.

Sara concluded: “We’re delighted to confirm the successful completion of the sale of this thriving IT support business. It’s been a pleasure working with all parties involved to achieve a smooth and timely transaction.”
