Stockley Group Acquires Farmhouse Meats Food & Drink Company | Deal Summary

In a deal that suited both parties, Knightsbridge Senior Sales Negotiator Sara Manville oversaw the sale of Northampton-based Farmhouse Meats to Stockley Group.
Farmhouse Meats owner Pete Gammons commended Knightsbridge’s “excellent help with all aspects relating to introducing buyers and following up”, explaining that Sara was very helpful throughout the whole process in his glowing TrustPilot review.
Stockley Group, who state to ‘repurpose waste to create beautiful spaces’, have acquired the purpose built 6000ft premises, as John Sweeney looks to continue to grow the business.
Involved in the deal, solicitor Aisha Chowdhry was delighted with the “impeccable service by Sara”, adding in her own review: “Great service from beginning to end. Extremely professional, courteous and on the ball. Would highly recommend!”
With retirement closely in sight, it is the end of an era for well-established Farmhouse Meats, who consider themselves to be ‘the leading catering butcher in Northamptonshire’.
Established in 1988 and boasting great turnover, the locally sourced meat specialist serves as a quality meat supplier for many establishments in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
Looking ahead and given Stockley Group’s unique and commendable business vision, one should quite literally watch this space!
