Knightsbridge advised in the sale of Plan Printing (PP) to a long-term admirer… PP is a well-known printing specialist, providing comprehensive services of low-cost plan printing, delivering professional quality, as well as a fast and efficient service. Founders Helen and Peter Rowan formed the company in Sale, Manchester, in 2006. Ready to retire, the owners instructed Senior Commercial Executive Ben Hunt to find a suitable buyer. Ben generated strong interest, resulting in two offers for the Rowans. The best of which came from Geraint Williams, a local resident and small business entrepreneur. A good relationship was formed between both parties during the deal, which was completed within six months of PP going live on the market. Geraint wishes to expand his experience of the printing industry further and has known of PP for many years. He will take on the role of Director. Knightsbridge wishes happy retirements to the Rowans and the best of luck to Geraint in his latest venture!
