Our client, Malta Choice Ltd, is a specialist travel business active with villa, farmhouse and apartment rentals in the Mediterranean islands of Malta and Gozo.
The business is currently based in Stamford and was established in 2003 by Paul O’Berg. It works alongside a large selection of owners and has a portfolio of over 100 properties.
For potential buyers, Malta Choice’s unique selling points were presented by the Knightsbridge team: being very easy to operate, having a strong social media presence, and serves as a fully relocatable business opportunity.
Malta Choice has a loyal customer base with longstanding clients who remain due to the highly regarded service. Customers have also voiced their satisfaction with the prices offered, achieved due to good working relationships it has built with the property owners.
Senior Sales Executive Sara Manville led the sale, generating strong interest which resulted in eleven viewings and two competing offers for Paul to choose from.
The ultimately successful offer came from local entrepreneur, Emmanuel Tebandeke, who is based in Solihull and has ownership of two other companies in the West Midlands area.
“Emmanuel will continue the business and start to grow it” Sara explained, whilst wishing the best of futures to both parties involved – having developed good relationships with Paul and Emmanuel throughout the process.
