Reliance Auto Test has been established since 1996 and has been in the ownership of our clients since this time. The business offers all aspects of vehicle repairs’ including MOT’s, steering, servicing, brakes, air conditioning, electrics, exhausts, tyres, suspension, diagnostics and welding. Reliance Auto Test benefits from a great location and a huge database of customers.
The current shareholder instructed Knightsbridge with the sale of their business in order to enable them to spend more time on carrying out the work instead of running the business.
Knightsbridge was able to produce over 30 interested parties and seven offers. The successful offer came from a private buyer who intends to keep the business trading.
