How Pudsey Tyre Centre Vehicle Maintenance & Hire Was Sold to Gerry Sheridan
Established by our clients in 1987, the £200k turnover business which is located just off a main road in a residential area of Pudsey, West Yorkshire, provides new and used tyres, an exhaust service, and also installs brakes and shock absorbers.
Since its inception, the business has gone from strength to strength and has built up an enviable reputation and a regular customer base. The buyer, locally based Gerry Sheridan, approached our client, Mr Stringer, and formed a good relationship with him from the onset. Mr Sheridan purchased the business for £200,000 on 8th August 2013 less than 2 months after the deal was agreed.
Leanne Boulding, Operations Manager on the Knightsbridge Sales Negotiation team highlighted that she had a great relationship with the vendor and was pleased that she could agree a quick sale for him. All at Knightsbridge would like to wish Mr Stringer a very happy retirement.
