Dave Burrows, the sole shareholder of DRB Car Spares and Accessories, approached Knightsbridge with the sale of his business in order to facilitate his retirement plans.
Following a diverse research strategy Knightsbridge was able to produce five viewings and two competing offers.
The successful offer came from Neil Webb who intends to run the business as it currently operates.
