H&B Plant Hire has been successfully sold to rival tool and plant hire company, FTH Hire Group.
H&B Plant Hire offers a wide range of professional machinery such as mini diggers, forklifts, dumpers and excavators to both trade and residential customers. The company, which prides itself on its comprehensive service, was sold just 5 months after an offer was agreed with FTH Hire Group.
The sale will see FTH Hire Group expand its geographical reach and take advantage of H&B’s large customer base. Generating the interest of over a dozen parties, the business was sold to FTH Hire Group as a result of our clients excellent relationship with the buyer and the obvious synergies between the two companies, making them an excellent fit.
