Knightsbridge has completed the sale of Crescent Motoring Services, an established MOT station and vehicle repair and servicing centre based in Burton-on-Trent. The business enjoys a strong reputation across Staffordshire for its dependable workmanship, loyal customer base and consistently high standards of service.
Founded in 2003 by the father of current owner Lyndsey Watson, Crescent Motoring Services has been run by Lyndsey alongside her husband Stuart for many years. The decision to sell was made to support a change in personal circumstances, with careful planning to ensure the business, staff and customers would be well provided for.
The sale process was managed with representation from Knightsbridge National Sales Director Joe Bull. Interest in the business was significant from the outset, generating five competitive offers and resulting in successful completion within six months for a substantial fee.
The business was acquired by husband-and-wife team Joe and Jenny Lewis, who had been with Crescent Motoring Services for eight and four years respectively. Their appointment ensures continuity for both staff and customers, while positioning the business for growth under familiar and experienced leadership.
