Following more than a decade of successful operation, the business was offered for sale to facilitate retirements. The process, led by Sales Negotiator Paige Brindle, generated three offers from interested buyers, reflecting the strength of the brand and its potential for future growth and expansion.
Bow Wow London was subsequently acquired by Mighty Minis Holdings, a London-based holding company started in early 2025 by Rhiannon Coleman and Rayan Bannai. The buyer is linked to the Mighty Minis Racing series, a championship for classic Minis founded in 1995.
The acquisition marks a new phase for the well-established London business, which Knightsbridge extends its best wishes to for continued success in the future – as well as very happy retirements to Rui and Jason.
